If you ship a parcel containing prohibited items, you cannot claim for any loss or damages to the parcel. If a parcel causes any damage associated with the transportation of prohibited goods, the Client is liable for the Carrier’s cost of damages.

Please note — specialised handling exception: Certain items on this list (such as fragile, glass and porcelain goods, and musical instruments) are prohibited on our standard network, but may be accepted under our specialised Valuable & Fragile Deliveries service — provided they are adequately packaged to industry standards (for example, instruments in a hard case) and, where appropriate, covered by Goods in Transit insurance. High-value items such as cash, jewellery, precious metals, artworks and antiques remain excluded and are not carried under any service.
